Mumma Contractions does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or contact details.

• Hospital bag checklist items

This information is stored on your device for the purpose of showing your contraction history, timing patterns, labour status, and checklist progress.

02 Health & medical information

Mumma Contractions may contain information related to pregnancy, contractions, labour, or birth preparation. This information is intended only as a personal tracking aid.

Mumma Contractions is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always contact your hospital, midwife, doctor, or emergency services if you are concerned about your health, your baby, contractions, water breaking, bleeding, reduced movement, pain, or any other medical concern.

03 How we use information

Information entered into the app is used to provide app features, including:

04 Data storage

Mumma Contractions stores app data locally on your device.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your contraction history, notes, or checklist information for advertising.

If you back up your device using Apple services such as iCloud, your app data may be included in your device backup depending on your device settings. Apple's handling of such backups is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

05 Analytics & tracking

Mumma Contractions does not track you across apps or websites.

The app does not use third-party advertising trackers.

If crash reports or diagnostics are shared through Apple's system settings, they may be provided to developers in an aggregated or diagnostic form to help improve app stability. This is controlled by your Apple device settings.

06 Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal app data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your contraction records, notes, and checklist items remain on your device unless you choose to share them yourself, such as by showing your screen or using any sharing features available in the app.

Mumma Contractions is intended for users who are managing pregnancy, labour preparation, or contraction tracking.

The app is not directed at children under 13.

08 Deleting your data

You can delete app data from within the app where deletion options are provided, or by deleting the app from your device.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information private by storing app data locally on your device.

However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
